Everything was taken care of. The staff was professional and kind.Dr Aykut was wonderful and did an incredible job. I felt taken care of and would highly recommend this experience. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful reception at the clinic from start. They use the most modern equipment and technology i was pleased as i waited to be processed at the clinic. Dr Aykut was very professional and communicated well i am happy with his work and the dedication of the assistants who work with him it was a pleasant experience. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing.

Dr. Aykut was highly recommended to me through a friend of mine from Germany.

Since I contacted the doctor, his staff was there for me for all my questions.

So I arrived to Istanbul on the 24th October 2024 for a breast augmentation surgery.

I came with my husband.

She was and is still 24/7 there for me for all my questions. She was all time very professional and answered all my questions very detailed.

She also arranged everything perfectly from transport to and from our hotel, hotel booking, to surgery recommendations, etc.

Day 1: We were picked up from the airport by a private transport to our hotel.

The Hotel was in front of the hospital.

About the luxurious hotel: a modern hotel, very friendly staff, in our apartment-hotel we had a comfortable stay (with living room, balcony, kitchen with full equipment) + breakfast was included.

Day 2:

On the 25th October was my surgery day + 1 night stay at the hospital.

I arrived to the hospital in the morning for all the check ups:

Pre-op Tests, Consultation with Dr. Aykut and the anesthesiologist.

Meals were included for both of us.

Our room was ready. The hospital staff was very friendly and competent. The nurses were amazing and took really care of me.

I felt really comfortable being there.

Day 3: 26th October

Dr Aykut came on the next day after the surgery to my room to check up on me and informed about the surgery and gave me the necessary medication.

All these information was send to me again by Azra via WhatsApp. So there was no option to forget all these important details.

Day 4: 27th October

This day was Sunday and weekend. And despite this, Azra was still texting me and asking if I am feeling ok or if I need further help and information.

Day 5: 28th October: appointment to see the results.

Dr Aykut invited me to see together the results. He took his time to answer all my questions very carefully.

I have to be honest I was very surprised by the very positive result. How natural my breast is looking now has fully fulfilled my highest expectations.

Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Aykut and if I would need other surgeries, I would definitely come back.

I came to Istanbul on the 17th September 2024 for breast reduction surgery. I came with my mum, we were picked up from the airport in the early hours of the morning as our flight was delayed. We went straight to the hospital.

I have wanted a breast reduction for years but was too nervous to get it done. I followed Dr Aykut on instagram and facebook for over 3 years then plucked up the courage to reach out to the clinic. And I’m so glad I did.

Dr Aykut has given me my life back and so much more confidence to be able to do so much more with my life. No more back pain, no more wearing tops that are old and frumpy. I wish I had done this sooner. I can start living and not just existing.

The nurses were great and really looked after me.

A big shout out to Afaf for all her help and support that she has given me in the build up to the surgery and after the surgery. She works really hard day and night.

We stayed in a luxurious hotel just across the road from the hospital the hotel staff were all very nice.

I would definitely go back for more surgery if I needed to.

My husband and I recently visited this clinic for procedures— I had a temporal face lift, and my husband underwent a hair transplant. We are both extremely satisfied with the entire experience, from the warm welcome to the quick and seamless organization of everything. The clinic arranged a luxurious hotel for us, and the level of care and professionalism was top-notch throughout our stay.

Most importantly, we are thrilled with the results of our procedures. The doctor did an outstanding job, but we especially want to express our gratitude to Dr. Aykut Gök’s assistant, Afaf. She was incredibly attentive, always available to answer our questions, and showed genuine concern for our well-being. Her dedication and care truly made this experience exceptional for us. We couldn’t have asked for better treatment!

In April of this year I had my breasts done by this doctor. After the operation the result was completely different from what we had planned, this doctor ruined my breasts! My breasts turned out different! The stitches are very visible – the scars did not heal and were very unsightly! I highly recommend not to contact this doctor! After my complaints he doesn’t care at all! Avoid this doctor!

I had breast augmentation surgery 11/05/2024. I was looking forward to the result, but it was wasted money, time and energy. I do not recommend the clinic and doctor Dr. Aykut Gök. As a result, the breasts even visually differ in volume, plus the worst thing is seroma. After the operation, the well-being was terrible, as was the attitude of the staff. I don’t recommend either the clinic or the doctor. Look for professionals!

In 2023, I had breast plastic surgery. After a while, my temperature rose. I went and did an ultrasound of my breasts, and I had some kind of inflammation inside. I went to the clinic where I had already done my breasts, for help, they refused me. And then they redid my breasts in another clinic. I do not recommend this clinic

WARNING DO NOT ENGAGE THIS CLINC!! COMPLETELY AVOID DR AYKUT GOK AESTHETIC PLASTIC SURGERY!

Dr Aykut Gok and his inexperienced team are extremely unprofessional, neglegent, and very unhygienic in all areas, causing severe health risks, and quite simply just very dangerous for any potential patient.

My sister was a patient of Dr Aykut Gok, undergoing a small surgical procedure. During the consult and before the surgery, everything seemed great, however once payment was taken in full and after the surgery, everything changed, especially his arrogant attitude and duty of care. Since the procedure, my sister has had many severe health problems, illnesses and multiple procedures from other reputable doctors since then, purely because of Dr Aykut Gok’s botched work, and to now try to rectify the damage that Dr Aykut Gok caused. We have attempted to contact Dr Aykut Gok and his clinic so many times for months in relation to this, however he and his team refuse to talk to us at all, continue to ignore our cries for help, and very arrogantly he tell’s us it’s not his problem anymore. He refuses to even attempt to help, nor bother to show any type of compassion towards my sisters very serious and still ongoing health issues. The damage he has caused both physically and mentally is horrendous, and the additional costs associated in further medical procedures and surgeries to rectify the mistakes from his malpractice and botched surgery with my sister, has signifcantly hurt and impacted our entire family!!

Please do your research about Dr Aykut Gok, and you will find numerous law suits and complaints about Dr Aykut Gok Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Clinic, all for extreme malpractice, botched surgeries, and so many past patients with serious health concerns as a result of Dr Aykut Gok’s neglegence, medical malpractice, and complete lack of patient care, both during procedure and especially after care!

There are so many other reputal plastic surgeons and professional clinics in Istanbul and surrounds, and i urge anyone who reads this to avoid this clinic, no matter the type of surgery you are looking for. This review is purely to warn others not to make the same unfortunate mistake that my sister did with Dr Aykut Gok Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and to prevent anyone else going the hell that Dr Aykut Gok has caused her and our family!

I had liposuction of my abdomen and I developed a syroma! The doctor would not talk to me and just disappeared! My whole belly is lumpy and my belly button has started to turn inside out. Be careful with this doctor! The doctor is not a professional and is a fraud!

I had liposuction, one leg is lumpy and there are several dents, very different in size from the other leg, critically poorly performed surgery, negligent attitude of the staff.

Completely refused to correct the consequences, block and refuse dialogue.

Please never go to this surgeon if you value your health.
