Sule looked after me impeccably from start to finish. From airport pickup to hotel, on the day of my surgery and aftercare everything was perfect. The consultants and staff at the surgery were very kind and clear with their communication. I travelled alone but at the surgery Zehyra (Sarah) took care of me always and was absolutely wonderful!

On arrival they wasted no time in taking me down analysis, bloods and preparing me for the surgery. I never once felt like I had been left or was waiting around.

I opted for stem cell treatment on top of the DHI transplant that had already been identified as the best type of transplant for me. Stem Cell did cost extra (around £600) as opposed to PRP which was free with the package I had but I was advised that stem cell can drastically increase the end result, so I went with it.

Before the procedure I met with Sule Olmez herself (the main woman) who was very nice and I was able to ask her questions and concerns (through a translator) as to how I wanted the hairline to look and she advised on what she felt would look more natural for me and the shape of my hairline.

The surgery was lengthy (approximately 9 hours) but I didn’t mind because I wanted them to do the best job for the best result and not to rush. The surgeons and assistants kept me comfortable at all times through sedation and pain was minimal and managed locally whenever I raised that I was in any discomfort.

I would definitely advise sedation as I feel this definitely helped with comfort and managing the crucial parts of the surgery, so the first 2 hours when they focus on the donor area and the last 2 hours where you are tiring of the surgery. I had concerns about being put to sleep before travelling to Turkey (as many people do) but I would definitely recommend the sedation it’s not general anaesthetic but a lighter version of this where you are in a light sleep for shorter periods of time.

The surgery itself was absolutely immaculate, exceptionally clean and you can see that they take hygiene and infection control very seriously here.

There are many options for a cost effective hair transplant in Turkey but I’m very glad that I chose Sule and her team. I’m already happy with how it looks after 3 weeks and I can’t wait to see the results 6, 8 and 12 months from now.

I was nervous when I begun my hair transplant journey. From the moment I landed at the airport I was impressed from the airport transfer to my hotel to the continued contact with osman about anything. Got to clinic and met my translator Zahra nicest girl you will ever meet. So kind friendly and well translated everything for me I was very impressed.

I stayed an extra couple of days after my package deal just to do some sight seeing and went back to clinic for a check up headwash and a chat to thank everyone there for making this process so easy.
