I traveled from Australia to get a rhinoplasty with Lumia clinic and they were absolutely amazing, the assistant they gave me from the very beginning of me inquiring and still now almost 2 months post surgery and back in Australia, I could not recommend them more.

My journey from Perth, Australia to Turkey for surgery at Lumia Clinic was truly exceptional! From the very start, their communication was excellent – the team was always quick to respond to any questions, and they ensured that I felt confident and informed throughout the entire process.

Traveling all the way to Turkey was initially daunting, but Lumia Clinic made the whole experience seamless. They provided support with travel arrangements and even helped with accommodation, making my trip stress-free. When I arrived at the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable right away.

My experience was wonderful. I was picked up from the airport to the hotel. Transportation is included from the hotel to the clinic which is extremely helpful since you’re in a foreign country. Adrianna our patient coordinator was wonderful. She translated everything. She stayed by my side every step and made I received everything I need. I recently travelled from Australia to Istanbul for Rhinoplasty surgery due to having my nose broken 5 times in my younger days from sport and experiencing difficulties with breathing. Grace from Lumia Clinic was very helpful with all the details and information leading upto flying over there. I was a bit nervous about travelling such a long way but the service provided by Lumia Clinic was nothing short of outstanding. Airport and hotel transfers provided, the hotel I was checked into was very nice, and the hospital was stay was pleasant. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery performed by Dr Hasan Bektas, my new nose looks great and I can breathe properly through it for the first time in as long as I can remember. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lumia Clinic to anyone considering using them for cosmetic surgery, they offer a very professional service and their staff support you every step of the way.

Conclusion: Most of the time dental or hair care in Turkey is not successful but you will be made to believe that everyone is satisfied and the videos of the candidates are made right after the installation while there are no complications or pain, even I made a video before my departure to say that everything was fine without knowing what awaited me when I returned to Canada.

If this succeeds, the process is long and requires several return trips, and these clinics only cover the hotel and the ticket when you have a treatment that exceeds $10,000.

Discussion of the possibility of pain is always avoided by these clinics.

There is no possibility of suing these clinics because they know you are a tourist without any rights.

There are clinics that don’t even exist but are just call centers that once you accept the offer, they will subcontract the work with a real clinic.

More and mor clinic are opening in Istanbul because this business has become very lucrative.

These comments are based on my own experience and that of my friends who live in Canada and who decided to have dental care in Istanbul to save money.

We were all attracted by the crazy prices and discounts offered by this type of clinic in Türkiye.

What I can say is that our experiences were not as expected.

The beginning is five stars: The welcome, the hotel, Airport transfer, transportation during treatments.

But it is afterwards that the problems will begin.

They got this process down to an art. Very pleasant and supportive throughout the journey.

This guy is a BEAST …. almost 3 hours operation nonstop, full mouth reconstruction and he didn’t Blink at all .. no brakes and amazingly I have no pain the next day , he has a good pair of hands and he knows what the hell he is doing. I must add the state of the art equipments … no short cuts .
