Very good reception at the clinic and regular follow-up with photos. They do not hesitate to answer if you have the slightest need.

I am at month 3 after my hair transplant with Dr. Cinik and I must say that I am satisfied with the entire procedure, the assistance prior and during the surgery was great. The assistance after surgery is great. Results after 3 months start to become good after initial ad normal shock loss and I hope next months to improve my results even better and better. I confirm my full confidence in Dr Cinik and I will for sure return to the clinic for PRP or REGENERA again soon. And maybe also a dental cleaning.

After a lot of research of facility’s I chose this place. In comparison to the United States transplants and service, this was the Cadillac of experiences. They really treat you well and make the entire experience very nice. I really enjoyed all of it, I did sedation which I highly recommend. They work very hard and diligent to give you the best service possible. Since then they have been checking in every 3-4 days with feedback and recommendations personally for your head. That is not the case with places in the United States. Please if you need a hair transplant look no further.

Dr.Cinik has a very professional staff that answers all your questions from the first interaction on WhatsApp to the final step of the surgery. Every procedure was well explained and completed as told.

The team really made the experience easy. I was scared when arriving at the airport, but followed all the directions and quickly met the driver who brought me to the clinic for a blood test and then to the hotel. Communication was good with all the travel.

The day of the procedure I was nervous. Had a very brief meeting with Dr. Cinik. I do wish he was more involved in the process. I did get the sedation for the procedure. They took hair from my head, chest, and beard. I did feel the technicians were very unprofessional. The guy who was doing my procedure was very rough and pushing me around. The whole team was making jokes and laughing a lot which made me feel very uneasy and self conscious.

After the procedure, my neck area was bleeding a lot and the technicians knew this. They quickly put the bandage on it and sent me back to the hotel. I got to the hotel and blood began to ooze out of the bandages. It was pouring out. I panicked and messaged my contact and I asked him for guidance. I asked to go back to the clinic and they sent a car. An hour later, I was back at the clinic. They could not stop the blood at all. They did make me feel bad and made me feel like it was my fault saying I must have taken aspirin or had tea. Eventually they got the bandage to stick and told me to go back to the hotel. I was terrified it would open up again. The next morning I went back to the clinic and when they opened the bandage, the blood poured out again. Again, no one could figure out what to do. Eventually I just held a gauze pad over it with a lot of pressure for over an hour and the bleeding slowed down. I was honestly terrified and the medical team didn’t put me at ease.

The post operative care has been good. The team has checked in on how the hair is doing and telling me how to wash and the next steps. We will see how the results are in a few months.

The experience was great from the beginning to end ! Everyone is really nice, if you are a bit stressed. Everything is ok. It’s only 2 weeks since the surgery. So my haïr is falling, I hope it’s ok, but no pain at all. I recommand Dr Cinik.

I am fully satisfied with a service. I am an orthopedic surgeon, where I have operated in many clinics in Europe. I am astonished that a service like this actually exists. We are talking about very sophisticated clinic, with a very well operated stuff. These people know their business. Anyone, who has a problem with baldness, can leave it to these guys. They know what they are doing, no doubt.

Writing this on day 17:

The Clinic has organised transport in a comfortable van between airport, hotel and the clinic. Hotel is covered in the price as well.

Staff is nice and patient, everything is well organised (apart from what I will write below) and Dr. Cinik explained the procedure well and gave good advice.

It’s a 3 day event with a quick Blood & EKG test, 6-7 hour operation, and finally bandage removal & 1st wash.

Pain during procedure & recovery:

The operation started with roughly 30 shots of aesthetic to your head and that’s the painful part. Near the end I was sorry I didn’t opt for sedation. After that, the feeling is like you have a helmet on your head and someone is scratching it and twerking fingers on it, fully painless. Procedure seems to have been fully successful.

Bandage removal and wash was a bit harder than it should be because I had a night sweat (this was specific to me, probably from shock and medications), but it went well.

Sleep is tough for the next 7 days as you are supposed to sleep propped up and touching any part of donor area with anything is highly uncomfortable. After 3 days or so it’s more manageable. No pain during day, only numbness and some pressure.

After 7-10 days, all is good. I still wear hat outside as the hair difference between new hair, donor areas and untouched hair it looks slightly off, but that should pass they say.

All this is as planned, but I wish they had an actual conversation on do I need a sedation before anaesthetic, depending on my pain tolerance level. Instead it was in one of the ”marketing” messages offering upselling of different things.

I will especially call out amazing booklet with post-operative instructions. All info needed for the next weeks, months and year is there and easy to follow.

Some organizational issues:

Waited 45min in the cold outside of the airport for the van for the clinic as we had to wait 3 more people with no idea when are they coming. On the other hand free comfortable ride.

After procedure they told us someone will contact us about the time for next day bandage removal. No one did, even after me texting the sales guy. Reception woke me up early morning that the van is already here, so I needed to change, get my things and check-out in panic.

Hotel rooms were loud, dirty and poor quality (tried 2 of them), but I guess the Hotel has dr. Cinik on low priority.

4 stars for now as it wasn’t perfect organisation and I wish I was convinced to take sedation, but let’s be real – I went to fix my hair, not on vacation. I will up this to 5 stars if the final results are great.

I had my hair transplant on 8th feb 25 and everything about the experience has been so smooth, especially for something which is quite daunting they really made the process so easy and stress free. From my first engagement with Ecem to get my initial quote to the drivers, hotel, surgeons, after care WhatsApp group and of course dr Cinik. It’s still early days only 2 weeks, but if the first 2 weeks are anything to go by then I’m looking forward to seeing the result at 12 months. If you are considering a hair transplant, just do it! If you want it to be done stress free, high standard and great after care then choose Dr Cinik.
