After already having crowns i wanted the remaining original teeth to match. I had a check up and the dentist explained that due to ot being my back teeth it could be an issue, and it’s safer to not do this (meaning they didn’t receive a payment). Smile centre are always honest with you about everything and not just trying to get your money. 5* service as always

Just back from second visit to smile centre and very impressed once again. There communication with me from start to finish has been great getting back to me any day and any time. Transfers from airport to hotel was flawless and the hotels have been beautiful, I can’t thank yous enough.

Overall I’m so happy with my experience, treatment and care as a whole with smile centre Turkey Antalya I went in April 2024.

The consultation through what’s app with yusuf wasn’t pushy at all, every question was answered and the quote was really reasonable for what I wanted, which was 26 zirconium crowns.

The day of arrival I was communicated with before I got on the plane with instructions on where to go and who was picking my sister and I up. When we landed I was messaged and welcomed to Antalya. The transfer man was really friendly and polite and the best thing about this was he was the person throughout the whole holiday who was taking to and from the clinic and hotel and the airport run which gave me security as it wasn’t someone different every ride I thought that was a really nice touch, always on time and I was a smooth ride.

What I liked about this company as well is I actually met the person I was talking to through what’s app and he was looking after me at the clinic, whereas when I went to Istanbul for another treatment I was on what’s app to various different people as it was a company what’s app where any of the colleagues pick up the conversation and I didn’t actually meet anyone who I was talking with and just had to keep repeating myself. Here I spoke and dealt with the same person throughout so there wasn’t any repeating myself and felt like I knew him and was comfortable to talk about any concerns. There wasn’t any language barriers either everyone spoke fluent English so again everything was understood efficiently from both myself and the dentist and patient care coordinator.

All in all for the 5 days we were out there I spent about 14 hours in the dentist chair which isn’t too bad at all considering Antalya is such a beautiful country it was a nice holiday too, the hotel we stayed at Lara hotel was the replacement hotel due to renovations at their main clinic, this hotel was really nice had a good stay there the food was nice too, abit pricey compared to the food restaurants in the old town so we only ate breakfast there and went out for food after.

The first day of going to the dentist I was picked up from the same man who picked us up from the airport and travelled about ten minutes to the clinic where I was met by Yusuf who I had been speaking to throughout, he was so welcoming, friendly and all round lovely made me feel so comfortable and calm as I was nervous and abit anxious about the preparation day because I didn’t know what to expect pain wise. I met my dentist equally as friendly and calm and it begun, it was pain free other than the injections but the more I had the less I felt all in all was probably in there about 3-4 hours, they then sent me back to the hotel and was bringing me back the same day to put my temp teeth on. When going back to the hotel there were a bunch of English people doing the same procedure but from another company and they were coming back with temp teeth that were just awful! So I was worried they had basically moulded their old teeth to put back on their prepped teeth and they looked horrendous cheaply made they all looked worse than when they come out. So I was very nervous to get mine as I thought this was the procedure for all companies. When I go back to the dentist and they put my temp on which weren’t my old teeth they were more less a plastic version of what my new teeth would be like just a standard white colour, so when I come back to the hotel everyone thought I had already had them done when telling them no these are my temps everyone wished they came to smile centre as you have to wear these until the final day. Communication about appointments were all done the day before with times on when your being collected so you can plan in advance your day which I thought was really good. The second day was rootcanal day the day after prep day. When being picked up I was so nervous just because of the injections and how the numbness made me feel (I never have this in England i always do it with nothing, Iv had wisdom teeth removed without being numbed because I hate that feeling) as soon as I got in the chair I started having a panic attack my body went into shock and Yusuf and the dentist was incredible with me. They both stopped the procedure until I calmed down, Yusuf was so validating about my feelings really helped me calmed down and pull myself together I couldn’t have been treated anymore nicer. I was so impressed.

The final fitting went so smoothly and my teeth felt like real teeth so white and overall Iv had no problems, no pain and complimented. Words from my UK dentist in September 2024 was my teeth are one of the best jobs they’ve seen from a patient who’s gone to Turkey and said how amazing they’ve done with them after doing some checks on them X-ray and a deep clean. I highly recommend this company! I am using them again in April 2025 for my boobs! Thank you.
