During the four-hour hair transplant procedure, I experienced a significant break in the process which Selim ignored. When I attempted to address this, he engaged in a protracted and unprofessional argument, lasting one and a half hours, despite my bleeding scalp and considerable distress. Other clinic staff even intervened, advising him to cease his aggressive behavior, but he refused. His conduct was unacceptable, bordering on psychopathic, and I seriously considered calling the Authorities.

I am writing to complain about the substandard care and unprofessional conduct I received at Pure Line Clinic from Selim during a hair transplant procedure. Selim ignored a significant problem during the procedure, engaging in a lengthy argument despite my distress. Additionally, the promised airport transfer was not provided, nearly causing me to miss my flight.

I am writing to formally complain about the substandard service and unprofessional conduct I experienced at Pure Line Clinic, specifically concerning a hair transplant procedure performed by Selim.

My experience began negatively from the outset. Despite repeated attempts to voice my concerns via various platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram), Despite my complaints being consistently ignored and deleted by Selim, I persevered and continued to submit them.

During the four-hour hair transplant procedure, I experienced a significant break in the process which Selim ignored. When I attempted to address this, he engaged in a protracted and unprofessional argument, lasting one and a half hours, despite my bleeding scalp and considerable distress. Other clinic staff even intervened, advising him to cease his aggressive behavior, but he refused. His conduct was unacceptable, bordering on psychopathic, and I seriously considered calling the Authorities.

Furthermore, on my departure day for Australia, the pre-arranged airport transfer was not provided. Despite numerous calls to Selim, he failed to respond. Only after repeated calls to the clinic secretary was the issue addressed, almost causing me to miss my flight.

In summary, my experience at Pure Line Clinic was a terrifying and unforgettable nightmare. I strongly advise against using this clinic due to the unprofessional behavior of Selim, the disregard for patient well-being, and the overall lack of reliable service. I expect a full and formal response addressing my complaints and outlining the steps you will take to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I’ve been searching for the right hair transplant clinic for about 6 months, from the moment I decided to go for it. Pure Line was the second place that I went to for the consultation, being able to have a video call with the doctor really influenced my decision in a positive way. Dr. Mesut answered all my questions transparently, which I really appreciated. Selim(patient coordinator) listened, shared information, and weren’t pushy. They have a great attitude and understanding of the customer. The price was also very good. I’m now 6th month after the surgery and everyone telling me that it’s looking great! Thank you, Dr.Mesut , Selim, and the rest team in Pure Line hair transplant for a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Despite prior contact via WhatsApp, my concerns remain unaddressed. I am dissatisfied with both the treatment and the service provided. I request a prompt investigation into this matter and a resolution to my concerns.

I express my serious dissatisfaction with the services provided by Pure Line Clinic. My hair transplant procedure, managed by Selim, was unsatisfactory. I possess supporting documentation. I advise potential clients to proceed with extreme caution due to concerns regarding the clinic’s professional standards and ethical practices.

I was totally bald. Operation took 9 hours and 3940 grafts implanted. After only 6.5 months, I have a full hairline. I’m told it will thicken up even further! 🙂 At first I was unsure. Upon consultation, there was zero sales pressure. Just an objective presentation of what the procedure entailed and what my outcome likely would be. No hype.The attention to detail on the procedure day and the follow-up care were absolutely impeccable. This isn’t just about technique; it’s about artistry, technical skill, and experience. Dr. Mesut and Mrs. Canan are as good as it gets. 100% recommend to anyone who’s unsure like I was.

While I’m typically not one to write reviews, my exceptional experience with Pure Line, compels me to share my thoughts on this platform. Following my consultation with Dr.Mesut, I felt an unparalleled level of comfort and confidence, leading me to choose them for my HT. Throughout the procedure and in the post-operative period, Dr. Mesut’s and the whole team’s expertise and care were consistently remarkable. The tangible proof, however, lies in the incredible results. The healing process was swift and effortless, and the transformation of my hair is nothing short of amazing. Thanks to all team! my hair looks natural, and the transplant is virtually undetectable. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Pure Line. In my book, it’s a 10 out of 10 recommendation for Pure Line.

I strongly advise against this clinic. It’s outdated and lacks modern advancements. The owner, Selim, is incredibly difficult to deal with; his limited English proficiency makes communication extremely challenging. My seven-hour hair transplant procedure was supposed to include a 15-minute break, as per the contract. However, Selim refused to grant this break what a Bozo.

Furthermore, I’m dissatisfied with the results. The technicians’ incessant chatter during the procedure led to patchy hair implantation. The overall quality of the work was subpar. Choosing this clinic was a significant mistake.

Before I get into the details, let me start by saying the results are AMAZING! I had my procedure 6 months ago to fill in my hairline and I am sure, just like everyone else, I was scared, researched a ton of doctors, and did not know if the results would look natural. I still have 6-7 months left for final results, which means anything extra is just a bonus. They designed such a natural hairline, there is zero chance anyone would know I had a hair transplant. Also, the staff was amazing, fr om signing up, consultations, dealing with my anxiety, answering my 101 questions, to the day of the procedure: Super professional, everything was first class. I highly recommend Pure Line!

After interviewing multiple hair specialists, I ultimately elected to have my transplant done with Dr. Mesut at the Pure Line Clinic. I traveled from LA to Istanbul for the procedure in November 2023. I still see my hair density improving. Beyond the results, I appreciated that everyone on staff was professional and kind. The procedure isn’t painless but the entire team does everything in their power(Selim is a great guy) to keep you comfortable. I highly recommend Pure Line Clinic for anyone considering this procedure.

I recently had my second hair transplant here and the experience has been amazing. Unlike many other clinics that are basically hair factories focusing on quantity over quality, Pure Line does only one procedure per day, so there’s no overlap. The entire team is super experienced, making the extraction process almost painless, and I’m confident the grafts will have a high survival rate. They were also careful to avoid the over-harvested areas from my first transplant. The accommodation and arrangements were seamless. Selim is really friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this clinic—they genuinely prioritize quality. Plus, the doctor speaks good English and spent the whole day with me, which is a huge bonus!

I had my hair transplant completed by them last week, everything was very professional, and all of the replies to my messages were prompt and thorough. From the airport pickup to the hotel and surgery day, there wasn’t even a single hiccup. I’m sitting in my hotel excitedly looking at where my new hair is going to be, and while I can’t comment on the final result, I’m very optimistic about how it will turn out.
