Had a DHI hair transplant and was handled brilliantly by the medical team. Great organisation on the day made the process as smooth as possible. Amy (my patient coordinator) was invaluable. She was a point of contact regarding any concerns and issues no matter how big or small. She was always very polite and extremely helpful.

My experience at Heva clinic was phenomenal! They take care of everything for you (your lodging, ground transportation, etc.) so the only thing you focus on is your hair treatment. Special thanks to Seda (my doctor) and the staff Selda, Buse, and Deniz for making the whole experience comfortable!! If you are thinking about getting a hair transplant, look no further…Heva is it!

I recently had a hair transplant procedure at Heva Clinic with my surgeon Seda and her exceptional team, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process. From the moment I stepped in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took her the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure I was well informed and comfortable.

Having never been to Istanbul and without knowing the language, I was a little anxious about moving to a new place. However, everything was made so much simpler by the Heva Clinic staff. Especially Bryan was fantastic! From the time I came to the very end of my recuperation, he helped me at every turn.

I don’t recommend Heva. In August previous year I had the Hair transplant in Heva Clinic. After 8.5 months I compared my result with the results of the other men and it looked bad at me. My transplanted hair was very sparse. Heva contacted with me and promised the second procedure for free. They wanted me to delete my negative review on Google. Firstly I accepted their proposal, but then I changed my mind. I asked myself: if they didn’t it properly for the first time why Will they do it for the second time? Now it’s one year and 3 weeks from my HT and my transplanted hair are still sparse. I have the advice for Heva:

Don’t you ask the people to delete the Google reviews and don’t promise the second procedures for free. Just do it well for the first time!

I can easily say that I had an amazing experience with Heva Clinic. From the moment I arrived at the airport everything was taken care of. A staff from the clinic was there to greet me and take me to the van. The next morning, they picked me up and brought me to the clinic for my procedure.
