I thought my experience was very good! Really helpful if I had any questions about the procedure they was always there to help and got back to me really quickly. The procedure itself was done with alot of care and always checking in on me to make sure i wasn’t in any discomfort I would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a hair transplant and would also go back myself if I needed too. Transfers to and from the hotel and the clinic was on time and pleasant and drivers also very considerate and friendly. Hotel very nice clean and felt comfortable in the hotel and very friendly staff. The clinic centre itself was very clean and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. Also still checked in with me after the procedure when I got home to make sure I’m treating the hair properly and giving advice if necessary.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Prompt pick up and drop off to all appointments, hotel was beautiful, my coordinator Alara kept me in the loop at all times of what was happening. The translator was lovely I can’t remember his name was so helpful. Dr Hakan is a miracle worker and a true gentleman I am so over the moon with my results. When you wake up from surgery because theatre is freezing because of hygiene reasons i was shaking uncontrollably this frightened me but was told it’s normal and had a heater to heat up my bed so in 30 mins was back to normal just wish I had been told to expect this this is the only one negative I can say which is not a big one. Before you go under anaesthetic you are given ECG X-ray lung x ray scans blood tests I could not believe how thorough they are they need to do this is UK before surgeries!!!! Was given all antibiotics to prevent infection.pain relief, anti inflammatories,antibiotics cream to put on after and even a scarring cream to make scars fade but I am just 6 days post op and I can hardly see my scars anyway they are stitched from inside ! Would highly recommend Clinic Center !! Misra has been in touch with help and advice if I needed with aftercare she is lovely and so helpful the whole experience was amazing

I had a beautiful experience with Clinic Center. I went in Turkey for a tummy tuck, breast uplift and augmentation and 360 liposuction. They took very good care of me from the beginning, they always answered my questions, the communication was very good between the travel coordinator and me as well as the hosts. Immediately after my last check-up with the surgeon, I have been contacted for the aftercare service. I still had some stitches that needed to be removed and I have asked her to book me an appointment with the clinic they have in London. She did it straight away, without any issues. She also looked at my wounds to see if the healing process is going well.

My second hair transplant with clinic centre. This time I came with my son (his 1st) Absolutely outstanding once again, my only advice to the clinic centre team is to upgrade the hotel please. I will not mention the hotel out of respect. Although clean, Myself & many others thought the hot food was cold, & poor. I am sure we the patients wouldn’t mind paying slightly more for a hotel with better food.

I had my hair transplant procedure on 18th February 2025. Hence, it is early days yet to talk about the impact of the procedure. However, the procedure went better than I expected. The building was lovely and they run a well organised operation. The two ladies who undertake most of the procedure were good at their jobs and Ismail our translator was a lovely guy worth mentioning because of the little English spoken by the people in the Center, which is not their fault. The only reasons my review is not a 5 star, I would have loved the trichologist to be in the room much longer than she did and for some privacy to be maintained as people were in and out of the room during the procedure. I would definitely use the Clinic Center again and I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about hair transplant.

Dreadful experience.

Arrogant , ignorant surgeons , playing loud horrible music during 8 hr hair transplant.

Results of my transplant terrible , worse than before I went.,

Bad visible scars where they took donations from.

Trying to contact them constantly on wattsapp after care team.

Just fopping me off saying give it another month.

Now they’re completely ignoring my messages.. truly awfull people.

I would advise anyone thinking of going to this clinic to think twice.

They just want your cash , then aftercare don’t give a damn

Had hair transplant done. Accomodation, pick up everything was well planned. The medical staff was very professional. The after support team is amazing.

Seamless from start to finish. From the initial contact, to arranging everything for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better service from clinic centre staff! Communication was excellent, they were/are always available to take questions & always reply promptly. The only thing I had to do is book my flight, they took care of the rest! Very happy
