I stayed in Istanbul for a week, 1 night in hospital and 5 nights in a hotel, a nurse came by 3 times a day to see how things were going, if I was worried about something I could always contact them.

Just came home from my stay in Istanbul. I had 360 vaser Lipo and inner thigh Lipo with Dr. Furkan Certel. I have emailed Voila and had contact with them for months, and they were helpful with answers and worries. I previously had Lipo but was left very uneven and regretted not going for this company and doctor the first time . (I was stupid and chose the cheaper option at that time.)

My experience with Voila and Dr.Furkan had been absolutely amazing! The doctor is very honest and good. His team of nurses, psychologists and physiotherapist are absolutely amazing. I went alone, but felt so well taken care of. Their energy, their support and their knowledge is very appreciated. The level of service throughout this process has been wonderful! I became nervous the day of surgery, but meeting the doctor before and having a chat, his way of being made me feel more relaxed. He was honest about what I should expect (I have previously lost weight and had Lipo, so my skin would not be tight, but tightER.) the amount of reduction in thighs were realistic and I could breathe. I was afraid of being over lipoed and end up very bulky in the legs, but his words on how he would only remove excess fat not all fat, immediately told me this is the right surgeon for me.

My recovery went very well so far, it is day 7, and the more I move my body the easier it gets. (Made myself a rule during the first days to walk 10-15 minutes every 3. Hours and also after every meal.)

So sad I missed the opportunity to buy the massage, but she showed me pressure I should use for my pre-booked sessions at home, that I set up before going. (Financially easier as I started booking and paying for them a few months ago, and now I have 2-4 massages set up weekly the next 4 months.)

All In all: extremely happy with the team, surgeon, hotel and experience. I know where I am sending anyone mentioning they want surgery done!

Now I am healing and will give my body the time it needs before I judge any results, as I am very swollen. (Naturally!)

And: yes, it is very VIP, but: they have maaany people working for the clinic, and there are MANY patients to plan for logistically, and as all areas with human communication, things can take a while, answers might be delayed, but they always answer all and any questions as soon as you coordinators have the information they need.

If the day comes and I want more done, I am coming here, no doubt!

I recently had Breast surgery at voila clinic. The staff here were absolutely amazing, they catered to my every need and made sure everything was up to standard. I was very comfortable here and would definitely recommend to anyone. At the hotel also the care I have received is very hands on and very much appreciated!

Do not go to this place if you not willing to get disabled and burnt

I got liposuction done in this place

It was on my arms and double chin i never had liposuction or any other surgery

And now I came out of the surgery with two different size of arms so many irregularity and burnt skin

My double chin is burnt

Now i have all the fat still there but with a huge burnt scar all around my double chin which disabled me from moving around my head and face

the doctor blamed my body and skin type for having a different reaction to the surgery

And it’s not his fault at all

After so many attempts weeks and weeks texting and calling I finally got to talk with the doctor on a video call which only they could see me

And it ended up with them chatting in turkish (which I don’t understand)between themselves since the doctor doesn’t speak English

I didn’t get any response for my question and complains on that call

(I have recorded the call i can send it to anyone who wants to listen to it)

Now no body answer me the doctor said the company needs to give me response

And the company says it’s on the doctor

It’s a mess

The service was top notch … from being picked up at the airport to the hotel

Then the consultation and everything else was top notch and great.

We stayed in a great hotel, with free breakfast! The nurses were friendly and top notch

The only concern was the result.

I was expecting to have more volume than expected because I’ve had a bbl and bichectomy… I’m in convalescence at the moment… I’ll have the final result in 6 months.

In terms of safety, you’ll be safe here and you’ll be well looked after! As for the result, make sure you tell the doctor what you want and insist that it is as close as possible to what you want.

I recommend furkan because he is very kind, smiling and human! He’s a good doctor

I had a BBL with Dr Mehdi Asadov on the 25th of September meaning I am almost at the 6 week mark. Honestly, for the amazing price that I paid, I think my experience was 5-stars. I’m going to leave a detailed review to thank Voila and also give as much info as I can to anyone who has already decided they want their body done and are now choosing a clinic.

First of all, the nurses, coordinators and physiotherapists at Voila are just phenomenal. I had to travel to Turkey alone but it didn’t matter much because the nurses from Voila took such great care of me. They work very hard and are so so compassionate. Also, they all had excellent to perfect levels of English. In particular, Irem made me feel so comfortable on my sugery day and is such a credit to the company. I really can’t express how kind the nurses all were to me and I’m very grateful to them.

The only hiccups along the way were firstly that my actual surgery time was pushed back quite late into the evening which made me very anxious. This wasn’t the fault of voila but instead down to hospital room scheduling. However, Irem was fantastic and Dr Mehdi left his work to come to give me my consultation. This brings me to my second point – I only got to meet the surgeon a couple of hours before I went under the knife. This is very common practice when having surgery abroad so I expected this, but do consider this if you feel it’s important for you to properly meet your surgeon beforehand. My last point would just be that sometimes in the night time if you’re in need of assistance then it might take some time for a night nurse to visit you simply because they’re so busy. For this reason I would recommend you bring someone with you to Turkey to help you with your aftercare just so the nurses are a little less “spread thin”. Having said this they were all wonderful. My advice would also be that if you are having any ‘intense’ surgeries on your body then you absolutely need to be in good health otherwise it won’t be a pleasant experience. So having a relatively healthy BMI, good blood work and exercising often beforehand is vital. Because I am young and very physically active, I found my recovery to be easy overall. I was able to walk around the hospital floor a few hours post surgery without help and I think this is the reason why my recovery went so smoothly. A lovely nurse fed me and took great care of me. I also was sure to drink litres of water and walk every 30-60 minutes on my own which I think it completely vital and you can’t skip this !!! Also, you need to sort out multiple stage 2 fajas for when you return home. Voila sell them but you will need to buy at least two and have them taken in at a tailors on multiple occasions. So do account for these extra costs. I’d also recommend investing in quality ab and back boards.

Dr Mehdi was excellent. He has a very calming presence and, although the consultation was quick, he explained the procedure and the risks properly. I had researched this procedure near obsessively beforehand because I was very nervous about risks but I have had zero complications whatsoever. The doctor even came to see me twice afterwards at the hotel to check my progress. I felt that I could trust him to do a great job and he really did!

Now about my results – I am veryyy happy overall. My stomach so far looks natural and there’s no signs of lipo currently at all ! I have been going regularly to an MLD massage therapist in London who really knows her stuff and she’s told me I have one of the best results she’s seen from Turkey ever. I think the best part is the back and lower stomach lipo I had done. The results on my bum are quite natural compared to a some BBLs but I get compliments all the time now so it’s clearly been worth while. My only “complaint” (which isn’t a complaint really) would be that my results are possibly a little less dramatic than the ideal in my head (especially now the swelling on my butt and hips has essentially gone which I missss). This is likely just due to the way my body metabolised the fat seeing as I am naturally petite. Losing fat is just a part of the process with most BBLs. I already am thinking it isn’t beyond the realm of possibility that I might come back in a couple of years to do a round 2, just because I’ve been so happy with my results by Dr Mehdi and my experience overall !!

The only things I can think to mention now are – The hotel was a really great standard and had good facilities. Even the staff and cleaners there were very sweet. The car service was easy and convenient. Also, they offer freebies such as facials and dental scans which I would recommend simply just as a way of getting out of the hotel during recovery. Also, I would recommend you meet with the lovely physiotherapist for massages if your doctor advises this.

Had Bariatric surgery with Voila. Excellent service from the Voila team nurses and the surgeon. Made me feel comfortable during the most life changing experience in my life. Surgeon and the team made me feel at ease. The after care support is also very good always there to answer any questions I have. Looking forward to continuing this journey with Voila.

Had a surgery done with dr. Furkan and a month ago and was quite happy as the shape looked good enough. But now I am absolutely frustrated . My BBL looks absolutely flat and asymmetrical in some places. Looks even worse than before.
